Case study of Tamarack Hills – Woodbury
Tamarack Hills – Woodbury
• Woodbury, Minnesota • Engaged 2006 — Present •
From groundbreaking, through the downturn, to a Woodbury landmark.
NAI Legacy has managed Tamarack Hills since groundbreaking in 2006, partnering with ownership through the property’s full life-cycle to today.
When the 2008 downturn hit, the campus was only 70% developed, roughly 50% vacant, and approximately 25% bank-owned. Our team worked alongside ownership and lenders through the recovery — restabilizing tenancy and bringing the property back to health.
Today, Tamarack Hills is a thriving Woodbury landmark: twelve buildings across 233,000 SF of medical, retail, office/warehouse, and office space under one Master Association. NAI Legacy directly manages 41% of the campus and administers the Master Association on behalf of all owners — over $19M in assets and $2.3M in annual budgets.
