Tyler Sutton is an experienced Accounting Specialist at NAI Legacy Property Management, bringing over six years of diverse accounting expertise to the team. For more than four of those years, he has focused on property accounting for the team’s portfolio of commercial properties, following two years in corporate tax accounting.
In his current role, Tyler manages a full spectrum of accounting functions—including daily bookkeeping, monthly reconciliations, internal audits, and annual financial reporting. He is a key resource for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of property financials.
Tyler is known for his proactive approach to process improvement. He has led initiatives to streamline accounting operations by optimizing software, automating workflows, and enhancing internal procedures - always with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. His dedication to continuous improvement directly contributes to the operational success and growth of the property management team.
Outside of work, Tyler enjoys spending his free time on the golf course or fishing from his kayak.
