Tom Larson joined NAI Legacy Property Management in September 2021, bringing with him a strong background in operations, customer service, and team leadership. He currently manages a diverse portfolio of 19 properties, including homeowner associations and landlord-tenant commercial properties.

Prior to entering the property management industry, Tom spent 25 years in the transportation sector. In 2005, he co-founded Alliance Courier in Bloomington, Minnesota. What began as a two-person startup grew under his leadership to a thriving logistics company with 135 employees across five states. As the business evolved from a local courier service to freight and tractor-trailer operations, Tom made the decision in 2021 to pivot into a new industry—property management.

Tom’s success in making this transition stems from his strengths in problem-solving, customer service, and quick decision-making in fast-paced environments. His ability to connect with people from all backgrounds, coupled with a proactive and responsive work style, continues to deliver value to both clients and tenants.
