Scope of Experience
Taylor Sonnenfeld joined NAI Legacy Property Management in 2019 and brings over 11 years of experience in both residential and commercial property management. She currently oversees a diverse portfolio of more than 300,000 SF, including office, retail, restaurant, and medical properties.
Taylor holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Corrections from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Minnesota. She is an active member of IREM and MNCAR and remains dedicated to ongoing professional development and industry involvement.
In 2022, Taylor earned her Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation through IREM after being selected for the prestigious 2021–22 Next-Gen CPM Leaders Program. Her commitment to operational excellence, client service, and team collaboration continues to make her an integral part of NAI Legacy Property Management’s success.
