Scope of Experience

Eileen Rose brings over 36 years of experience in real estate accounting and serves as the Managing Director of Accounting at NAI Legacy. In this key leadership role, she oversees all aspects of the firm’s financial operations, including corporate accounting, property-level reporting, lease processing, tenant audits, budgeting, and year-end tax preparation.

Eileen works closely with property owners to address accounting inquiries and support broader property management operations. She regularly interfaces with tenants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and also provides backup support for tenant service coordination.

In addition to her accounting responsibilities, Eileen manages internal operations such as human resources, office technology upgrades, and equipment procurement for the main office—playing a vital role in keeping the firm’s operations running efficiently.

Before joining NAI Legacy, Eileen held senior accounting positions at several respected real estate firms, including Griffin Companies, Accent Companies, and Welsh Companies, Inc.

Her depth of experience, attention to detail, and dedication to client service make her an integral part of the NAI Legacy team.
