About
NAI Legacy’s Specialty Partner Program was designed as a solution for partnerships looking to “Sell, but not sell out”. This program combines NAI Legacy’s expertise and resources as a Sponsor with a real estate investors’ expertise as an operator to create a DST Offering. A specialty partner typically would contribute assets to a newly-formed DST establish by NAI Legacy while maintaining leasing, property management and an ownership piece of the DST.
