Chuck is an advocate for small business, land and commercial property owners throughout Minnesota. Working with people to help find and fund properties and construction projects has been a part of Chuck’s career for over 25 years.

Having been a successful business owner in the commercial real estate development, construction and a landscape design/build firm has allowed Chuck to create a broad network of contacts in the real estate development business. Utilizing his background as a Landscape Designer it was a natural step for Chuck to find his commercial properties with a variety of environmental issues and restore them into viable properties again.
